Tip 1 - Breath deeply, if you find it hard to constantly focus on your breath, allocate time aside for you to breath deeply 3 times daily for 10 minutes.

Tip 2 - Hydration is key, make it an absolute must for you to drink 3 litres of (clean) water daily.

Tip 3 - Sleep, make sure you're getting between 7-9 hours sleep each night.

Tip 4 - Nutrition, make sure you're eating enough water rich content foods (vegetables & fruits).

Tip 5 - Manage your energy and not time.
