Most of us like a glass of cold water or drink after our meal. We should give a thought to why for years and years the Chinese have adopted drinking warm tea after their meal. 

When we drink cold water with or after our meal, the cold water solidifies the oily contents of the food. This slows down the digestion and once the digestive fluids start working on solidified oily contents, it gets absorbed into the body quicker than regular food. This begins to line the intestine and soon turn to fat when then become Cancerous. 

Clean filtered water is important with a meal to get everything moving smoothly, but resort to room temperature or even better - warm water.
