Jal Jeera similar to lemonade is extremely popular in Northern India because of its cooling properties against the extreme heat there. In Hindi, "Jal" means water and "Jeera" means cumin. Its keeps your body hydrated and is packed with other health benefits.

The Cumin aids in digestion.
The mint has a cooling effect. 
Black salt or rock salt(It's more greyish pink than black ) acts as a digestive.
It is also served as an appetizer as it awakens the taste buds.
And NO CALORIES!!!

 
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Cumin seeds - dry roasted and ground fine 
2 tablespoons Mint leaves paste 
1/2 teaspoon fresh Cilantro leaves paste 
1 tablespoon Dried mango powder/Amchur 
1/2 teaspoon Black salt (an important ingredient for this recipe) 
2 tablespoons Lemon juice 
Pinch of Sugar 
5 cups of Chilled water 
Mint Leaves for garnishing 

Method:

In a bowl mix all of the above ingredients except the water and mix well.
Add clean and pure cold water from a trustworthy water filter. Remember quality of your water equals quality of life.
Garnish with mint leaves.
Add Black Salt for a very special smokey flavor
